Amendments made by Code No:6728

Code No:6728 regarding the amendments made in some laws to improve the investment environment has been published in the 09.08.2016 dated official gazette. This amendment is considering the companies who are in the investment business since it amends fore mostly some tax laws and many other laws. With this basis, this code amends fore mostly;

• Income Tax Law
• Stamp Tax Law
• Act of Fees
• Law on Expense Accounts
• Real Estate Tax Law
• Tax Procedure Law
